And because we all know that quilty friends are the best friends, the winner and a friend of their choice will both receive a $60 gift credit to Havel's so you can pick whatever quilty tools you want — rotary cutters, scissors, rulers, cutting mats — they're all in play!
To enter, you must do all of the following:
