SHIPPING AND DIGITAL DELIVERY

PDF PATTERNS

When you order a digital product, you will be sent an email with a custom link to download the file(s). Check your spam folder if you do not see the email. The link will expire after 24 hours, so be sure to open the email and download the file(s) soon after you receive it. If you try to access the link after 24 hours, the system will send you a new email with a new link. You will need to click the link in the new email to download the file(s). Again, that link will expire after 24 hours. I know this system is a bit unwieldy, but I have no control over it.

Be sure to save the file(s) to your own device. You must have a PDF reader software, such as Adobe Reader, to view PDF files. You can download Adobe Reader for free here.

Digital products can be purchased and emailed domestically and internationally.

 

PHYSICAL ITEMS

Unless otherwise noted on the site (for example, during holiday shipping holds), orders of physical items ship within two (2) business days via USPS. The tracking number, if available, will be emailed after the package is shipped. Once a package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss or damage.

Due to the costs and uncertainties of international shipping, the store is currently set up to ship physical items only to U.S. and Canadian addresses. If you live in another country and are interested in purchasing a physical item, please email us at blueskymoderncraft@gmail.com.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is automatically added to all applicable items at checkout. Blue Sky Modern Craft is based in St. Louis, MO, USA.

RETURNS

PDF PATTERNS

Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Blue Sky Modern Craft does not accept order cancellations once payment has been received and accepted.

 

PHYSICAL ITEMS

For handmade quilts, notions, and other physical items, all refund requests must be made within three (3) business days of the date of delivery. Any requests made after that period will not be considered. Due to the nature of handmade items, refunds are only offered if you received the wrong item, we failed to include an item from your order in the package, or an item was damaged in transit, in which case we will happily fix the mistake. We do not accept returns of physical items for other reasons.
